    How to Talk to a Live Person in Spotify Customer Service

    At the current moment, Spotify does not have any phone number with live customer support. There is no way to get ahold of live person via phone. The only known way to get a response from a live person to your request is to visit web page. On this page, you need to choose details of your problem from the provided list. After that, you need to press the blue button at the bottom “I still need help”. After clicking this button you will be redirected to a form where you can start a live chat with a live customer service representative. Please note that you will need to log in to your Spotify account to be able to start a live chat session.
