How to Talk to a Live Person in Shopify Customer Service

Shopify does not offer phone customer service. You can reach Shopify customer service by requesting a callback, social media or chat. If you would like to speak to a live customer service representative in Shopify customer support by requesting a callback you need to go to the Shopify Support page. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Contact Shopify support”, then log in to your account, and search for your topic of support (please note that you must perform a search for a topic, before clicking to get help. Otherwise, the phone callback option may not appear.). After that on the search results page, scroll to the bottom and click “Get help from the Shopify support team” (the callback option will appear on the bottom left).
