Google Fi does not offer phone customer service. You can reach Google Fi customer service by requesting a callback. If you would like to speak to a live customer service representative in Google Fi customer support by requesting a callback you need to go to the Google Fi Support page. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Contact Us”, then fill in the form and choose one of the methods to contact the “Get a call”. After that fill in the form and press the “Call me” blue button.
