How to Talk to a Live Person in ASOS Customer Service

ASOS does not offer a phone customer service. You can reach ASOS customer service by email, social media or chat. To contact a chat, you need to go to the ASOS Help Center page, press “CHAT NOW” black button on the bottom of the page, then sign in, choose in the menu the question you are interested about, and press “START CHAT” (typically respond in 1–2 minutes).
