Number for Live Person
If you need to talk to a live customer service representative from Family Mobile you need to dial 877-440-9758. Live customer service representatives are available via this number 8 am to 11.45 pm EST, 7 days a week. After dialing this number, select 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Then select 5 in the first menu and 4 in the second menu. The system will ask you for your mobile phone number. If you don’t have it you can say “I don’t have it” and the system will ask you for the IMEI number instead. After entering it you will be connected to live customer representative.
